**Need any industries experience like, Sanitary, home furnishing related products, or related with Pre building Engineering products like, PVC Pipes, paints, Baars division**.

Not preferable Banking, Insurance, Securities, related person

Job Detail
- Execute the entire franchise sales process from lead generation to lead qualification to sales closure.

Develop solid leads, methodically source, and recruit new franchisee prospects to guarantee continual pipeline regeneration.

Create a detailed business plan including territory management, key prospect target list and activity plans/management to ensure sales goals are met. Requirements:

- Strong and established dealer network connections in the related domain is a major advantage.

High learning ability to absorb the intricacies of the business in the minimum time possible.

Superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and managerial skills
