We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic **Business Development Associate** for a leading wellness brand in South Delhi. This role is tailored for female professionals with a passion for client engagement and business growth in the health and wellness sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with health consultants to implement strategic growth plans
- Engage with clients to promote wellness packages and services
- Convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales or client servicing preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work schedules
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
