**Job Title: BSS (Business Support System) Specialist**

As we expand our services, we are integrating advanced features like Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and calling infrastructure via a leading global provider. We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive BSS Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Integration Management:

- Lead the integration of DID and calling infrastructure with the company’s existing platform.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow and connectivity between systems.
- **Middleware Oversight**:

- Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in middleware operations.
- **Billing and Revenue Management**:

- Design, implement, and optimize billing systems to reflect accurate usage for voice, SMS, and data services.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies, including promotional plans and customer discounts.
- **Order and Service Management**:

- Develop and oversee systems for processing customer orders, service provisioning, and managing various service plans.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and effective order management processes.
- **Call Termination Management**:

- Monitor and manage call termination processes to ensure high-quality service and efficient routing.
- Analyze call data for performance issues and optimize termination strategies.
- **Notifications, Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate detailed reports on service performance, usage metrics, and revenue trends.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for BSS-related issues, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with IT and product teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Support Systems within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in integrating VoIP technologies, preferably with experience in middleware solutions.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in BSS tools and systems, with a solid understanding of middleware technologies.
- Knowledgeable in telecom protocols and standards, including billing systems and customer management.
- Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical abilities to assess business processes and optimize them effectively.
- Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Team Player:

- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects.
