In this role, you will translate business needs into precise documentation, analyze workflows and performance data, and ensure seamless alignment between product, tech, and client teams. You'll be responsible for BRDs/PRDs, process mapping, data-backed insights, and supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions at scale, ensuring that LiaPlus AI's product implementations remain efficient, compliant, and enterprise-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and convert business needs into clear BRDs, PRDs, and user stories.Client Alignment: Conduct requirement discussions and ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities.Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and operations teams for smooth project execution.UAT & Validation: Lead UAT, perform gap analysis, and ensure flawless delivery of Voice AI implementations.RequirementsRequirementsEducation: B.A. Economics, B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA from Tier 1 colleges in relevant fields.Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management ability.Work Mindset: Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and committed to quality problem solving.BenefitsWhy Join Us?Work on real AI products with full ownership from Day 1.
