
Influencer Marketing Executive

Bachelor's degree in Marketing,Communications or related in any degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
**Responsibilities;-**
**Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Identify target audiences and match influencers accordingly.
- Plan campaign timelines, goals, and budget allocation.
**Influencer Research and Collaboration**:
- Identify and recruit relevant influencers on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers.
**Campaign Execution**:
- Coordinate and manage influencer content production and distribution.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor content posting schedules and adherence to agreed deliverables.
**Performance Tracking**:
- Measure and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
- Track key performance metrics, such as impressions, reach, engagement rate, and conversions.
**Content Management**:
- Curate and repurpose influencer-generated content for other marketing channels.
- Provide feedback and guidance to influencers to ensure quality content.
**Compliance and Legal**:
- Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to legal and advertising regulations (like disclosure guidelines).
**Trends and Research**:
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Cross-functional Coordination**:
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaign messaging.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
