**Influencer Research & Outreach**
- Identify and research potential influencers who align with the brand’s target audience, niche, and values.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers (bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, etc.).
**Assist in Campaign Development**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm influencer campaign ideas and strategies.
- Help design and create compelling influencer campaigns that resonate with the audience.
- Suggest creative content ideas that influencers can produce for the brand (photos, videos, stories, etc.).
**Manage Influencer Relations**
- Communicate with influencers, ensuring they understand the brand's goals and messaging for each campaign.
- Build positive relationships with influencers, helping them feel connected to the brand.
- Monitor influencer communications to ensure timely delivery of content.
**Monitor Campaign Performance**
- Track the success of influencer campaigns by analyzing engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and reach.
- Compile performance reports for each influencer collaboration.
- Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of each campaign and provide insights on what’s working and what’s not.
**Social Media Content Assistance**
- Assist the marketing team in planning and scheduling content for the brand’s social media platforms.
- Help create and curate content that aligns with influencer campaigns, including captions, hashtags, and images.
- Ensure the brand’s social media content is visually appealing and consistent with influencer content.
**Support in Contract & Agreement Management**
- Assist in managing influencer contracts, agreements, and compensation.
- Keep track of deliverables and timelines as per the agreements.
**Trend Research and Market Analysis**
- Stay updated on the latest social media and influencer trends, including new platforms, influencer behavior, and industry changes.
- Conduct research on competitor influencer strategies and provide suggestions for improvement.
**Assist with Product Seeding**
- Help with sending product samples to influencers, ensuring correct and timely delivery.
- Track and follow up with influencers who received products to encourage timely reviews or posts.
**Content Review and Feedback**
- Review the content created by influencers (posts, stories, videos) to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to influencers to help refine their content before it goes live.
**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain organized records of influencer partnerships, including communication, contracts, and content.
- Help prepare reports and presentations on the outcomes of influencer campaigns.
**Skills to Look For**
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics or social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
