**Responsibilities**:

- ** Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential brands that could benefit from influencer marketing campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's business objectives and pain points.
- ** Client Engagement**:

- Initiate contact with decision-makers within target companies to introduce our influencer marketing solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- ** Deal Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Create customized proposals and pricing structures based on client objectives and budget constraints.
- Close deals effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and campaign management teams to ensure seamless execution of sold campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards prospecting and client acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
