**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with influencers, teams, and clients effectively.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and craft compelling content strategies that resonate with both influencers and the target audience.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using social media tools, CRM platforms, and influencer marketing software.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience with Agencies**: Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or managing influencer relationships in-house.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the brand's industry (e.g., beauty, fashion, tech, lifestyle, etc.) to better understand the target audience.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
