**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify the right influencers based on campaign goals and audience demographics.

**Influencer Collaboration**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers.

**Content Coordination**:

- Coordinate the creation of engaging and authentic content for campaigns.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI).
- Generate detailed post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights.

**Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.

**Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence).
- Familiarity with digital advertising and paid collaborations.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
