**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in influencer marketing solutions, including but not limited to brands, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor custom influencer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and impactful influencer marketing proposals that align with client objectives and budget requirements.
- Lead negotiations and secure partnership deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer selection, content creation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance our influencer marketing offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JST GROW DIGITAL, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related roles, with a strong track record of securing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Passion for digital marketing and influencer culture, with a keen understanding of social media platforms and trends.
