
Influencer Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and recruit top-tier influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to join our agency's roster.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the agency.
- Negotiate exclusive contracts and partnership agreements with influencers to represent them exclusively through our agency.
- Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, account management) to develop compelling content and activations for influencer campaigns.
- Manage influencer relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely deliverables and performance metrics are met.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in influencer marketing.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting the impact and ROI of influencer campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience working in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative and engaging influencer campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and influencer marketing.
