**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets, room service, etc.).
- Support the F&B Manager in planning and executing food and beverage services and events.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor food presentation, quality, and portion control.
- Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Assist in budget management and cost control, including labor, food, and beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare reports on sales, labor, and performance for management review.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in F&B operations or hospitality management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of F&B trends, costing, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., Micros, POS systems).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
