The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the food and beverage department. This role involves managing service quality, coordinating between kitchen and service staff, handling guest queries, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. The F&B Executive supports the F&B Manager in driving revenue, managing costs, and enhancing overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in planning menus and special promotions in collaboration with chefs and management.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Train, motivate, and lead service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor revenue and assist in budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all F&B areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits for service and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or similar F&B role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and F&B software is an advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
