Hiring for Manager F&B Control.
Location: Mopa, Goa
Job Purpose:
The role holder will be responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally he /she will also be responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable
inventory of food and beverage items for the entire unit location for all the outlets. He/she will be playing a key role in changing the price of menus items based on the costing information they collect and also actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing F&B control system and procedures;
- Planning, organizing and controlling the stipulated F&B control system and procedures to optimize profitability.
- To ensure full conformity to the quality standards/ policy in terms of implementation,
documentation, process definitions & record keeping.
- Ensure conformities to regular MIS/Reports/Analytics.
- On ground execution of controls process.
- Assist controls team for improvement through product substitution, recipe re-engineering and vendor substitutions.
- Assist controls team to launch our product and drive profitability/ Margins.
- Team Management.
- Conduct regular Audits at outlets and central stores
