Job Description:

- **The Task carried out by the Outlet Controller GRN Checking & Authorization, Inventory at Store, Check of NC / Discount / Void kot & Bot / Void Bills, C hecking the Receiving Items, preparatiion COGS report wth Theo cost & menu engineering, Bar variance Report, NC cost allocation, Checking of the registered which kept at Security like key register, Staff register, Inward and outward register.**:

- **Spot Check of portion size, periodic Yield test of row and perishable items, cash purchase tracking, Non food consumption tracking, cocktail cost allocation, liquor closing stock figure given to the fill the FLR, check the bill settlement time, party and buffet costing, checking the unauthorised food and liquor consumption at the outlet spoilage and wastage at outlet, CGS inventory and report.**:

- **Shall be well Versed with Idine Software**

**Experience - 3 Yrs to 5 Yrs**
