Food Square is a growing F&B brand committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences with quality, creativity, and customer delight. We are looking for an ambitious F&B Manager to lead our outlet operations and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the store's P&L and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, average billing, and overall sales.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and guest experiences.
  • Monitor inventory, costs, and wastage while implementing effective cost-control measures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run in-store activations, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular revenue and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant Management.
  • Strong business acumen with proven success in driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data to create actionable plans.
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
