Key Responsibilities:

- **Cost Control**:Implementing and maintaining effective cost control measures to minimize waste, pilferage, and other inefficiencies.
- **Inventory Management**:Overseeing the procurement, storage, and issuance of food and beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and spoilage.
- **Financial Reporting**:Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on F&B costs, sales, and variances to management.
- **Budgeting and Planning**:Developing and managing budgets for the F&B department, including short-term and long-term planning.
- **Menu Engineering**:Actively participating in menu engineering, including pricing menu items based on costing information.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- **Auditing and Reconciliation**:Conducting audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- **Staff Training**:Training and mentoring staff on financial procedures and cost control measures.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborating with other department heads to optimize financial performance and achieve departmental goals.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing and resolving issues related to F&B costs and operations.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- **Decision Making**:Providing financial insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
