Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage our key account portfolio
- Drive revenue through account based planning & execution
- Identify key performance indicators against individual account & plan business objectives
- Build & engage long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with key client accounts to drive sales growth
- Understand the hierarchy in the Key accounts organization, like what influence people have on each other & who controls the budget
- Understand the relationship with key accounts by capturing all meetings between the client stakeholders and account team
- Understand in the detail about client spends, think through ideas & create solutions for clients via upselling & cross selling of various services
- Handle complaints & problems in a timely manner
- Act as the liaison between key customers & internal teams

Preferred Qualification
- Inside Sales experience in B2B environment is a must
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with problem solving attitude
- Can prioritize well & communicate clearly across cross functional teams
- Attention to detail & discipline
- Should take ownership & be extremely adaptable
