Location: Deoghar, Jharkhand/Bodh Gaya, Bihar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Room Service Order Taker to join our team at a hotel/resort. As a Room Service Order Taker, you will be responsible for taking orders from guests for room service, ensuring accurate orders are delivered promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls from guests requesting room service.
- Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring that all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
- Enter guest orders into the computer system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and room service staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
- Communicate any delays or issues with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all room service areas are clean and well-stocked with supplies. - Assist with other tasks in the room service department as needed.

Qualifications:

- Hospitality diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
