Billing Counter Associate

**Position Title**: Billing Counter Associate (Restaurant)
- **Job Overview**: Responsible for managing customer transactions, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing in a restaurant environment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Process payments through the POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
- Issue receipts and provide change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness at the billing counter and surrounding areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
- Manage takeout orders by packaging them correctly and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring supplies at the counter.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail for accurate billing and transactions.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
