Job Title: Housekeeping Desk Associate
Location: Deoghar or Bodh Gaya
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Desk Attendant to join our team at a hotel/resort. As a Housekeeping Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate and prioritize housekeeping requests and work orders from guests and staff.
- Assign and monitor the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned and ready for guest occupancy in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room status and inventory of supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
**Qualifications**:
- Hospitality Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
