Housekeeping Desk Attendant is responsible for coordinating and managing housekeeping operations, acting as a central point of contact for both guests and staff. They handle requests, track room statuses, and ensure smooth coordination between housekeeping and other departments. Key Responsibilities: Communication and Coordination:Answer phone calls and inquiries, relaying messages to the appropriate personnel. Act as a central point of contact for housekeeping-related issues and requests from guests and staff. Monitor and follow up on room cleaning progress.
