Role: Chat Support Executive
Experience: 2-3 Years
Job Location: Work From Anywhere
Work from Home Available: No
Roles and Responsibility:
- Interact Chat with visitors
- Asks and approach with Relevant Questions
- Quick Joining and Reply
- Need to Maintain and update Accuracy in records daily
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- Update visitors information in live Chat
- CRM lead update - (at the same time)
- Mail-in solution and sales - (at the same time)
- Update in Zopim core group - (at the same time)
- Teamwork
Skill Requirement:
- Typing
- Excellent Communication in English
- Able to Interact with Customers
- Problem Solving Skills
- Able to Read, Write and Understand
Qualification: Any Graduate
Office Timings: Rotational Shifts
