**Job Title: Chat Support**
**Reports To**: TL
The Chat Support specialist is responsible for assisting customers via online chat. You will be the first point of contact for, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat
- Resolve customer issues
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Inputs:
Agent should be able to handle Multiple chats simultaneously.
Good coms needed.
8 hours of login time is mandatory within 9 hrs of shift.
Agents must have their own laptops
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
