Major Responsibilities :
Understand the product scope & USP'sProvide product training & demonstration to clients
Understand the scope of client new customizations
Handling Customer queries and complaints in real time via phone, chat, email and ticket.
Being good associate between Clients & Technical team
Daily client customization update
Lineup new customizations, issues with technical team & priorities it
Must be fluent in clear easy to understand spoken English
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
