Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT & Technical Support Executive to manage day-to-day technical operations for our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up VPNs, configuring remote desktops, handling IT-related issues, creating new user credentials, and ensuring smooth setup of email, MS Office, Outlook, and Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities1. VPN & Remote Desktop Setup

  • Configure and maintain VPN access for all remote employees.
  • Set up and troubleshoot remote desktops / RDP environments for secure and smooth operations.
  • Ensure all systems meet security standards and follow company protocols.
  • Monitor connectivity issues and resolve them in real-time.

2. User Account & Credential Management

  • Create new user accounts and credentials across all platforms (Windows login, VPN, mail, Zoho, etc.).
  • Disable, update, or edit access rights when employees join, shift roles, or leave.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all user credentials and access logs.

3. Email & Application Setup

  • Configure email accounts (Outlook/Zoho Mail) for new and existing users.
  • Manage MS Office installation, activation, and troubleshooting.
  • Set up Zoho applications and assign necessary permissions.
  • Support users facing issues with email syncing, Outlook errors, or Zoho access.

4. System & Software Support

  • Install and update required software on employee systems.
  • Troubleshoot daily technical issues including system slowdowns, application crashes, and configuration errors.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate if required.
  • Ensure data security, backup compliance, and antivirus updates.

5. Technical Bug Handling

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance.
  • Provide on-call support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, RDP, and Zoho.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quick resolutions.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Salary

Based on experience (competitive industry range).

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
