Role: Chat or Email Support Executive/ Specialist
Clear Health is building a better digital care model for end-to-end management of chronic skin disease. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations and Customer Support Specialist for our telehealth platform. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our telehealth operations while providing technical assistance and exceptional customer support to our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless telehealth experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our telehealth platform, including all backend work such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, coordinating with healthcare provider, assist/ guide new users.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of product platform, features, updates, and best practices & effectively communicate these to customers and colleagues.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, features, and functionalities.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic technical issues independently which are related to the users and product.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand & resolve complex technical issues while ensuring effective communication and timely resolution. Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience.
Minimum Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree
MS office
High Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Email/ live chat customer support experience
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
Experienced in the investigation of quick resolution and escalation
To-do attitude and problem-solving state of mind
Strong multitasking skills in a high-energy environment
Customer-orientated, flexible and supportive of the team
Desired Skills & Experience:
Former experience in a tech start-up/ industry.
Experience of working in a fast pace, customer service environment.
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with various software applications (e.g., Telehealth software and platforms, Customer support ticketing systems, Electronic health record systems)
