- **Kitchen Management**:Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:Adhering to strict health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other kitchen staff, potentially supervising junior chefs, and potentially interacting with front-of-house staff.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Participating in training, seeking feedback, and potentially suggesting improvements to food quality and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Culinary Expertise**:Strong knowledge of European culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and cooking methods.
- **Menu Planning and Recipe Development**:Ability to create and adapt menus, develop new dishes, and adjust recipes to meet customer needs.
- **Time Management and Organization**:Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
