- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- **Kitchen Management**: Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks, including food preparation, temperature control, and inventory management.
- **Team Leadership**: Train and supervise junior chefs or commis, fostering a positive team environment.
- **Innovation**: Develop new menu items and specials, and improve existing dishes.
- **Cost Analysis**: Assist in cost analysis and review, and monitor and manage food waste.
- **Supplier Management**: Deal with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
- **Compliance**: Implement and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Additional Skills and Qualifications:

- Culinary expertise in continental cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish).
- Experience in professional kitchens.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
