- **Quality Control**: Ensuring all food served meets the establishment's quality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
- **Kitchen Management**: Overseeing inventory, managing supplies, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- **Staff Supervision**: Training, mentoring, and supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
- **Food Safety & Sanitation**: Adhering to all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- **Expertise in Continental Cuisine**: Deep understanding of European and Western culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.
- **Culinary Skills**: Proficiency in complex food preparation, including marinades, stocks, and ingredient fusions.
- **Menu Planning**: Ability to plan seasonal menus, specials, and dishes for special events and banquets.
- **Leadership & Teamwork**: Strong ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent ability to maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and inventory.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with senior chefs, staff, and culinary designers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
