**Job Title**: Continental Chef

**L**OCATION: Bandra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes, including soups, salads, appetizers, mains, and desserts.
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant’s standards.
- **Menu Development**:

- Assist in developing and updating the menu with creative and authentic continental dishes.
- Suggest seasonal specials and innovative recipes to enhance the menu.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Manage your designated workstation efficiently during service.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available in sufficient quantities.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as per local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training junior staff and promoting a positive work environment.
- **Inventory and Cost Control**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels for ingredients and supplies.
- Minimize waste and optimize ingredient usage to control food costs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of European cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to create and plate dishes aesthetically.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and modern cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
