**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development**: Create and develop innovative and seasonal continental menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and sanitation.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- **Cost Control**: Manage food costs and inventory efficiently to maximize profitability.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Culinary Education**: Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong command of classical French and European cooking techniques.
- **Creativity**: Ability to develop innovative and creative dishes.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Organization**: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Passion for Food**: A genuine passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Chef: 3 years (preferred)
