**Job Title**: Continental Chef

**Reports To**: Head Chef / Executive Chef

**Job Summary**:
The Continental Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of Continental dishes with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-standard meals while maintaining hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Continental cuisine including pasta, grills, sauces, salads, and baked dishes.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served on time and meets quality standards.
- Monitor portion control and minimize food waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and developing new Continental dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Continental cuisine preparation.
- Strong knowledge of European cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for food.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
