**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of **continental cuisine** including but not limited to Italian, French, Mediterranean, and European dishes.
- Ensure the **quality, taste, and presentation** of all food items are in line with restaurant standards.
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and seasonal menus under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times (complying with food safety standards).
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support other team members as needed.
- Maintain portion control and minimize food waste.

**Requirements**:

- **1-5 years** of proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution (preferred).
- Strong understanding of **food safety and sanitation** regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary arts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
