**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including starters, mains, and desserts
- Plan menus and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations related to continental cuisine, including food preparation and storage
- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and efficient workflows
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Assist in creating new recipes and seasonal menus
- Coordinate with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth service delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or resort kitchen
- Expertise in European cooking techniques and ingredients
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and culinary tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
