**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Create and innovate Continental dishes that align with the restaurant's theme and appeal to a broad range of tastes.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes.
- **Kitchen Management**: Effectively manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and compliance with food safety standards.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the culinary team to create a cohesive and complementary menu, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, conducting regular tastings and inspections.
- **Training**: Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Adaptability**: Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Continental cuisine with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen best practices, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
