**Job Description: Continental Chef**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation and Presentation**:

- Prepare and present continental dishes with high standards of quality and consistency.
- Design and execute a diverse menu including appetizers, mains, and desserts.
- Innovate new recipes while respecting classic techniques and traditions.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the continental kitchen section.
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and timely delivery of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate kitchen activities.
- Train and mentor junior chefs on continental cooking techniques.
- Foster a collaborative and productive kitchen environment.
- **Inventory and Cost Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of quality ingredients.
- Manage food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient usage.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh and premium ingredients.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to and enforce food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with kitchen standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of continental cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
- Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.

**Skills**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
