Job Description: Field Sales Business Development Executive (IT Company)
Position: Field Sales Business Development Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and sectors where our services can add value.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients to showcase our offerings and capabilities.
- Understand clients' business challenges, objectives, and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to develop customized proposals and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet clients, attend meetings, and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
