Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, conducting market research, preparing pitches, networking with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The BDE will also be involved in negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and collaborating with other teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and prospecting
  • Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and relationship building
  • Report preparation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sales or marketing background is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of websites and digital marketing is required
