Position- BDE - Lead Generation
Job Summary: Panacea Smart Solutions is seeking a dynamic Presales Executive to support our sales team and drive qualified leads across our portfolio of services. This role requires a combination of excellent verbal and written both communication skills and interpersonal skills, focusing on delivering customized solutions for our diverse offerings, including, Medical Revenue Cycle Management, Remote Scribe Services, Transcription Services, Remote Staffing Services, and Contact Center Services. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding client needs, creating tailored proposals, and demonstrating the value of our solutions in a compelling way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential customers within our target market.
- Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound lead generation techniques, including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and partnerships, to generate leads.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead nurturing campaigns and strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, to optimize lead generation efforts and improve results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address their requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and Sales team
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-7 Years of experience in Pre-sales field in US Market
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Pre-sales Specialist in a B2B company.
• Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices, with a track record of successfully generating high-quality leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with prospects effectively for US market.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Prospecting tools, and other lead generation platforms and technologies.
Location- Noida sector- 3
Shifts 06pm-03am IST
Work from office.
Positions- 5
