Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Client Outreach: Engage with US-based recruitment professionals

through outbound calls.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients for recruitment services.

• Client Coordination: Set up conference calls and meetings for discussions on

proposals & contracts.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM

system.

• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to maintain

engagement.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with

key decision-makers.

• Sales Support: Assist in client presentations and help in building long-term

business partnerships.

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills

• Confidence in handling outbound international calls

• Basic knowledge of sales & lead generation (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experienced 6 months+ (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply)

Night shift: 6:30 PM– 3:30 AM

Work location: Noida, Sector-60

Compensation: As per Company Norms

5 days working/Saturday-Sunday fixed off
