Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/field role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Noida. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, creating and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual willing to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
