
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or management when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied.
- **Order Management**:
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and updating customers about their order status.
- Help customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring that policies are followed.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for process improvement.
- Generate reports on customer issues, resolutions, and satisfaction levels as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge and updates to provide accurate information.
- Suggest improvements to the product or service based on customer feedback.
- **Customer Retention**:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Proactively suggest solutions or enhancements to improve the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product or service improvements.
- **Compliance**:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow data protection guidelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
