**Location**: Surat, Gujarat, India
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000/- per month (as per experience and discussion)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, incorrect shipments, or damaged products. Coordinate with logistics, courier partners, and warehouse teams to ensure overall post purchase process is managed well.
- Escalate recurring delivery or order issues to operations for process improvement.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates in business, supply chain, or life sciences preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (and local languages where relevant).
- Ability to multitask and manage order tracking with attention to detail.
- Customer-first attitude with patience and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce and logistics is an added advantage.
