**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - General Insurance

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000/month for Freshers

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team in the general insurance sector. If you're passionate about helping people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments
- Assist in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle complex customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure excellent customer service and meet quality standards
- Guide customers on available products and recommend suitable solutions
- Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
