Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Insurance Sector

Location: Begumpet,Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Freshers & Experienced)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in the insurance sector. The role involves assisting customers with policy details, claims, renewals, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies, and services.
  • Assist customers with claims, payments, and policy renewals.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for complex or escalated cases.
  • Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Guide customers on available products and suitable options.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
  • Experience in customer support/BPO/insurance is an advantage.
