**Job Description: Customer Support Executive**
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Customer Support Executive**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions across various channels.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Claims Assistance**: Help customers with filing, tracking, and resolving insurance claims.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
- **Policy Services**: Process customer requests including policy renewals, updates, amendments, and cancellations.
- **Billing Support**: Assist with payment processing, billing inquiries, and clarifications.
- **Product Upselling**: Recommend additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- **Record Maintenance**: Document all interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback and report insights to improve service and offerings.
- **Compliance**: Follow internal guidelines and maintain data confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset
**Salary**: ₹15,000/month (Freshers) - ₹20,000/month (Experienced)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
