Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Insurance Sector

Location:Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Days: 5 days a week

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,833 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to assist customers with their insurance-related queries. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you. Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and resolve queries quickly.
  • Provide information about insurance policies and renewals.
  • Assist customers with claims and payment details.
  • Update and maintain customer records.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone in all interactions.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Record call feedback and share with the team lead.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every call.

Requirements:

  • Good communication in Hindi and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
