Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to assist customers with their insurance-related queries. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you. Freshers are welcome — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries quickly.
- Provide information about insurance policies and renewals.
- Assist customers with claims and payment details.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone in all interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Record call feedback and share with the team lead.
- Ensure excellent customer experience in every call.
Requirements:
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
