Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our insurance team. This role is ideal for freshers who can communicate effectively in Hindi and provide excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi.
  • Assist customers with insurance queries, policy information, and claims support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide guidance on insurance products and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written) – must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced insurance environment.
  • Fresher candidates are welcome; 0–2 years experience is acceptable.
