Job Description :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance products.
- Provide accurate information on policies, renewals, and claims.
- Assist customers with claim registration and required documentation.
- Resolve queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage policy updates, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support customers with premium payments and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
- Promote relevant insurance products through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure all interactions follow company and regulatory guidelines.
- Share customer feedback for service improvement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work as part of a team to achieve performance goals.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Eligibility: Any Graduate with good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Salary: ₹ 12,000-20,000 per month
Location: [ Begumpet, Hyderabad]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
